Instructions
Bring broth and cumin to boiling, stir in couscous, cover, and let stand 15 minutes.
Fluff couscous, then divide lettuce, chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and couscous into bowls.
Sprinkle with parsley, add lemon juice, and drizzle with Tahini Dipping Sauce.
Notes
Adjust salt and pepper to taste. For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of olive oil.
