fresh figs
(stems removed, or 3 soaked dried figs)

(frozen, ripe)
Liquid

almond milk
(unsweetened)

Greek yogurt
(full-fat preferred)

Instructions
Wash and prep figs (cut or soak).
Add almond milk and Greek yogurt to blender.
Add figs and frozen banana, then pour in honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Add chia seeds, flaxseed, protein powder, and ice, then blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use frozen banana and add more ice if needed.
