Ingredients

Base

  • 1.5 cups Frozen mango chunks (Pre-cut frozen mango from the grocery store. No need to thaw.)
  • 2 tablespoons Frozen passion fruit puree (Available in the frozen fruit section or Latin American grocery stores. Substitute if unavailable.)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (About 30g, whey or plant-based.)
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk (Coconut makes it creamier; almond keeps it lighter.)

Toppings

  • 0.25 cup Granola (Low-sugar variety for crunch.)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh mango, diced (For topping, adds texture.)
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted coconut flakes (Toast in dry pan until golden.)
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp seeds (Adds omega-3s and nutty flavor.)
  • 1 passion fruit Fresh passion fruit (Halved and scooped for garnish.)

Instructions 

  • Add mango, passion fruit puree, protein powder, and milk to blender. Blend until smooth and thick.
  • Scoop into a bowl and spread evenly with a spoon.
  • Arrange toppings: granola, diced mango, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, and passion fruit halves.
  • Serve immediately for best texture and visual appeal.
