Instructions
Cook the brown rice, then drain and mix with tahini, yoghurt, and tamari. Add pomegranate seeds and spring onion, mix and set aside.
Drain chickpeas and cook with olive oil, salt, paprika, cumin, and turmeric for 5 minutes.
Assemble bowls: divide tahini rice, add chickpeas, salad leaves, avocado, radishes, olives, and top with hummus and lemon wedges.
