Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon on parchment, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 8-9 minutes.

Mix lemon juice, olive oil, ginger, Dijon mustard, and garlic in a jar; season with salt and pepper, then shake well.
