Instructions
Cook rice and prepare ingredients: dice kimchi, onion, garlic, and slice spam.
Scramble eggs in a skillet and set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic, add spam, then kimchi and gochujang; stir to coat.
Add rice, stir-fry until heated and crispy, then fold in scrambled eggs.
Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to add a fried egg on top for extra richness.
